1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. What the service provides
Calorie Repay provides calorie logging, exercise estimates, mathematical repayment calculations, progress records and weight forecasts. Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn as the product develops.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt to access another person’s information, upload unlawful material, scrape databases, reverse engineer protected parts of the service or use the app in a way that harms others.
4. Health and accuracy
You agree that food values, serving information, maintenance calories, exercise burn, calorie balances, goal dates and weight forecasts are estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. The service is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. The separate Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of information and photographs you upload. You give Calorie Repay the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content back to you and to operate and secure the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
6. Availability and liability
We will use reasonable care in providing the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, Calorie Repay is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you or third-party data, or business losses arising from personal use of the service.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse or material breach of these Terms, normally with notice where appropriate.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring claims in another part of the UK where applicable.
